Next trip

Hi Everyone

We took my sister and her husband last year on there first trip in there new rig. We traveled north to all the thousand trails parks in California. Our cousin Jack joined us at Yosemite Lakes. Everyone had a great time. We left for Grants Pass Oregon to have some work done on our rig. We had the air force one installed,new shocks on the motorhome,air bag control for smoothing out the ride ,and a steering system to control the steering.

We stop at Aunt Angies for a short visit. From there we headed south and stop by to visit Darlene,s Brother.

Last January we went to Palm Springs for the FMCA show. We stay at the thousand trails there.We were going to head to Quartzite next,but decided to go to Johnsons Landing in Salton City CA. We stayed there for a month with many of our good friends. I played golf with the guys at Borrego Springs twice . They have a beautiful golf coarse there.

We are now at Pio Pico getting our medical issues taken care of. Next we are headed to Vegas to be with our friends. After that will head to Parker for two weeks. From there we might head to Oregon again. I have three Aunts and Uncles up there and cousins. We also have friends in oregon we will try and go see again.

Next year we are headed to South Dakota again and renew our License there. Who knows where from there.

Oregon visit

We went to Bend Oregon for three weeks. Had a great time there and visited with our friends Andy and Linda. We headed out to Junction City and stopped at Amazing Creation's and had a new 32" LED Samsung TV installed in the living room with a new blue ray player too. Then we had the oven taken out and replaced with three new drawers in its place. No more pots and pans making noise going down the road inside the oven.They all fit in one big drawer. We stayed four days there in the parking lot. Then we headed to Florence Oregon (South Jetty 1,000 trails). We had dinner at the elks lodge with our friends Glenn and Grace. By the way from Bend Oregon on we have been traveling with our friends Ray and Diana. We've had a lot of fun with them. So after a very wet visit in Florence Oregon we headed south to Merlin Oregon where my Aunt's and Uncle's live. We stayed at the Beaver Creek RV park for two weeks. My cousin Jack and his wife Paula bought a 1994 class A called a Hawkins 34 ft. diesel. Jack was overwhelmed with all the things he needed to know. We brought him up to date and he's actually doing good. Our cousin Mark took us down the rogue river in his boat. We had a four our ride down the river,it was great. All three of us went to Prospect Oregon. We drove from there by car to see Crater Lake Oregon. The weather was changing and getting a little cool. It was 37 here in the morning.

We took another drive just up the road from Prospect Or to a view point to see the rogue river. It was the best spot in the river we had ever seen. We moved on to Lake of the Springs near Yuba City Ca. Our friend Mike and Jana Kane live about 10 miles from here. They came over to see the park and the next day we went to see there place. We had a great visit with them. We plan on seeing more of them before we leave here.

Florence Oregon Sept 2011

They had a car show the first weekend we where here.

We plan on being here for two to three weeks. My cousin Jack is headed up here to Oregon in his first class A . We will try and hook up with them some where up here.

Bend Oregon

Here we are in Bend Oregon at the 1,ooo Trails Campgrounds. We got here in two days from San Diego . This campgrounds is beautiful and clean,yes clean WOW. It's one of the better ones we have been too. Our friends Ray and Diana were here waiting for us to show up. We took a walk thru the park and found our friends Terry and Glenda ,both are from the Pio Pico area in San Diego. We all got together and had parties and trips to see the site's. It was a lot of fun for all of us.

We went to Suprise Oregon for a day trip. Went to lots of lakes and water falls. Saw live rainbow trout in the streams. There was also a Lava MT here at over 5,000 ft. The weather has been really good . We plan on coming back here someday soon .

Next we are leaving here to head to Junction City Oregon . We are going to have our TV replaced by at great comany called Amazing Creation's . We can't wait to see the new TV installed .

Until then we will packing up and getting ready to fire up the coach and head down the road.
